The water's warm, the air's cold, and the bass is heavy. Yup! It's time again to pack for Holy Ship!!

Ravers from all over the world are packing their glow sticks, swim trunks, and Dramamine for the second annual HARD fest in the middle of the ocean.

This is nothing like the S.S. Coachella. Bands won't make us dance. DJs and producers from every end of the electronic music spectrum will. This year's diverse line up of electronic acts range from Justice to the Night Slugs crew. I'm really looking forward to checking out every single one of them.

Last year, I was lucky enough to make this trip, and, unfortunately, was nowhere near prepared. Luckily, in 2013, I've been given a second chance to do it right! I'm packing accordingly, and you should too. Here is what I will be bringing on the MSC Poesia.

7. Party T-shirt
I was the only one last year that didn't have a dubstep/rage/party/drugs themed T-shirt on at some point. This one was my favorite.

6. Earplugs
Because the music doesn't ever stop. At some point you are going to have to get some sleep. Even when you walk into the cabin room, your TV's blasting electro fist pumpers. Give your ears a break.

5. A Book
Trust me, after some of the things you'll witness on this thing, you're definitely going to want to sit down, drink some tea, and read a book when no one is looking.

4. Snacks
Bring your favorite snacks. You are not going to want to be in that cafeteria at 4 a.m. when you have the munchies and everyone else is out of their mind. Look at this video of A-Trak just trying to get some late night food.

3. Costumes
The theme nights on this cruise are no joke. Everyone went all out last year. I was really impressed. Note the guy in the video up there, dressed like a giant parrot on pirate night. I was so jealous.

2. GIRLS
Maybe I'm not packing any actual women in my bag, but I definitely convinced a few girl friends to go. These events need more ladies. I am on it!

1. Gym Clothes
I like to convince myself that I am going to work out in that beautiful gym and be healthy, when we all know that's never going to happen. But for some reason, if I just pack my sneakers, I'll feel good about myself.
