The band with the most disgusting name in all of music, Hot Tuna, is coming to stink up Revolution with Old School Freight Train on August 29. Now before you even have to ask, Hot Tuna is not disgusting because of the not so subtle innuendo it may conjure. It's disgusting because just the thought of the smelliest of all fish being heated makes me gag. Thankfully, the music is quite different. Begun as a Jefferson Airplane Spinoff, Jack Casady and Jorma Kaukonen have continued playing their signature brand of blues rock since the 1970s. Joining them on this tour, Old School Freight Train is a bluegrass fusion band with celtic-jazz influences who've been making a name for themselves in the ever popular jam circles. Tickets aren't yet available, so stay tuned to Crossfade for more information.
