The Resolvers have brought solid reggae music to the people of South Florida for more than three years now. It's only been very recently, though, that they've upped their contribution by adding a horn section and a couple of lovely background singers to the mix; doubling the size of the band.

Just a few weeks ago, on May 19, the now ten-piece Resolvers debuted their elevated sound at Original Fat Cat's in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The next night they hit the big stage at Revolution as the opening act for the Original Wailers, arguably upstaging the veterans. The following day the band rolled down to Key West for One Love Reggae Festival. Needles to say, they've been on a roll.

This Friday the Jah-loving momentum flows into the Funky Buddha Lounge in Boca for a full night of the full-sized reggae outfit. In the midst of making the personnel additions and rocking large stages, the band has been busy working on a forthcoming LP as well.
