Add a new chapter to the Red Hot Chili Peppers' nearly three-decade history of highs and lows: Anthony Kiedis has a bum foot, and the band's U.S. tour has been postponed. Originally, the dates were set to begin in South Florida at BankAtlantic Center on January 20 -- which is already sold out -- but the new target date for RHCP ignition is April 2.
From the band's site:
"Red Hot Chili Peppers regret to announce that they must postpone the
start of their upcoming U.S. tour due to multiple foot injuries
sustained by Anthony Kiedis. Anthony recently underwent surgery to
remove a crushed sesamoid bone and correct a detached flexor tendon in
his foot and is expected to make a full recovery." Check out the
