In case you haven't heard, there's this presidential debate thing going on at Lynn University in Boca tonight. And, as you might expect with these things, traffic is going to be a bit of a pain in the butt.

Between 6 a.m. Monday and 2 a.m. Tuesday, Boca Raton Police will be closing some of main roads throughout the city.

Specifically, Military Trail from Yamato Road to Potomac Road, Potomac Road from Northwest 24th Avene to Military Trail, and Spanish River Boulevard from Broken Sound Boulevard to Military Trail.

Police also say that other road closures and traffic delays could happen throughout city for the remainder of day and into the evening hours.

Also, anybody hoping to protest the debate might be screwed.

According to Boca Raton Police spokesman Mark Economou, protesters are not allowed to stand on the southeast sidewalk at Military Trail and Potomac Road or on the northeast sidewalk at Military Trail and Yamato Road.

Perimeter Road that goes along the north side of Lynn University is closed to students and staff.

So, best to avoid any and all roads around Lynn University, basically.
