The family of a Florida man killed several months ago released a video late last week that shows the last horrifying moments of 38-year-old Marlon Brown, who the family's attorney says had fled cops over an alleged seat belt violation.
The chase scene through a vegetable garden shown in the video is brief and appears to countervail a report released by the local coroner's report near DeLand that says a collision with a car is not what killed Brown.
WKMG reports that the autopsy showed Brown didn't sustain a single fracture to his skull, ribs, pelvic, arms, or legs -- and was, miraculously, without contusions on his upper or lower extremities
The television station also reports that the medical examiner concluded there was little evidence showing a charging vehicle had, in fact, struck Brown. And as such, a Florida grand jury didn't level charges against the officer driving the squad car, James Harris.

Following the grand jury's decision, the DeLand Police Chief William Ridgway expressed sorrow over Brown's death. "Personally, this event has weighed heavily on me since it occurred," he said in a statement. "It is always a tragedy when a human life is lost."
Calling Brown's death a "tragedy," he distanced his police department from Harris. "The actions of Harris that night are not consistent with our department's training, directives, or accepted practices or techniques," he said.
Brown had been arrested more than two dozen times over the past 20 years on charges of, among other allegations, battery, assault, and misusing a worthless check, according to a survey of Volusia County court records. He once served time on drug charges.
That said, his family maintains Brown had done nothing wrong that night and has called for charges against Harris.
