The United For Care Campaign, a group run by People United for Medical Marijuana, is looking to get legalized medical marijuana on the ballot in Florida in November of 2014 as a Constitutional Amendment.

And they are looking to hire a few hard working folks to help them do it.

The group, which needs one million signatures on petitions from registered Florida voters before January 31st, has placed an ad on Craigslist, recruiting self-motivated people to make that happen, and offering them pay to do so.

The hours are flexible, and you can choose where and when to work. It's a part time gig, of course, and the group is looking for people who are as serious about having the state legalize pot for medical purposes as they are.

People interested in the gig can expect to work for about four to six months. Of course, the job isn't permanent, and offers no benefits.

But this is all about the greater good.

And, making some extra cash while working for the greater good.

You can work full or part time, choose your own locations to work, and work right here close to home or anywhere in the state of Florida and anyone who is a Florida registered voter can sign these petitions. In order to work on this very important effort you must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be able to motivate yourself to get out there in front of the public collecting the signatures of Florida voters. While people with sales experience already have an edge in this type of work, we are willing to allow anyone who meets the requirements to give it a try. We need all types of people collecting these signatures. It only takes about 45 minutes of your time and there's no cost to you. We recognize that most everyone surfing for employment is looking for full time, permanent, with benefits. This is not that job. But at a running time of 4 to 6 months, we believe we can help fill the void in your pockets quite nicely. Why not try something new! Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The group also has a copy of the petition on their website, if one wants to sign it (or make copies for others to sign it).
