But surely it was one or the other that caused the 47-year-old Kanhai to dial 911 three times to report that a "fake" bartender was working at Benny's Ice House in Boynton Beach.

According to the probable-cause affidavit, 911 call number three contained slurred speech and numerous profanities, which is what finally coaxed Boynton Beach police to action. Not against the bartender, mind you, but the caller, Kanhai.

While speaking with Kanhai, he was unable to communicate with me due to the fact he was highly intoxicated, but spontaneously uttered that there was no emergency and just wanted information about the bartender at Benny's Ice House.

Kanhai was arrested for misuse of 911.
