An NBA player who's more famous for grabbing another player's dick than his actual game went and said some dumb stuff about the Miami Heat and LeBron James.

Brooklyn Nets power forward Reggie Evans told reporters that he doesn't think much of the Heat's championship and that LeBron is basically Andray Blatche.

(Quick primer: Andray Blatche is a marginal player for the Nets. And by marginal, we mean kinda shitty.)

As for Evans, he averages 3 points per game and once grabbed Chris Kaman's crotch.

"It doesn't prove nothing," Evans told the New York Daily News on Wednesday when asked if beating the Heat (something the Nets have yet to do this year) would be extra-special.

When asked about defending LeBron, Evans responded that James wouldn't be so awesome if an entire team guarded him: "Our team is defending the Miami Heat. If our team has to defend one person, LeBron isn't going to score nothing."

A fine and erudite point, Cockgrabber.

For his part, James is undefeated against the Nets in their past 16 meetings and has scored at least 20 points in his past 19 games against them. So maybe the entire Nets franchise should guard LeBron tonight when the two teams meet in Brooklyn.

When asked about Evans' comments, LeBron responded: "Who?"

"Reggie Evans," a reporter clarified.

"Exactly," LeBron answered.

Evans, who is known for being a trash talker, is probably just trying to get his teammates revved up for tonight's showdown.

"LeBron is no different from Joe Johnson or Andray Blatche. No different." he said. "People need help [on defense]. Some people don't need help. Everybody has to be double-teamed; it doesn't matter who you are. You just have to stop LeBron in transition."

Yup. That's all.

Might be easy to dismiss Cockclutcher and his silly, silly comments. But this all could be a tactic to psych his teammates into pretending that LeBron James is actually Andray Blatche.

Evans could be onto something here. Might be a secret genius, even.

Tonight's tipoff between the Heat and Nets is at 8 p.m. You can watch the game on ESPN.
