The Fort Lauderdale Police Department is investigating a bold act of theft that occurred at Shooters in Fort Lauderdale.

On Friday, August 15 at around 9 a.m., two male suspects brazenly took 25 light fixtures located around the perimeter of the restaurant's parking lot.

According to a release issued by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department earlier today, the men "entered the parking lot and dismantled 25 individual light fixtures.

"Once the suspects dismantled and cut the wires to each light, they plced them into black trash bags and fled from the business with over $5,000 worth of property,"
