If you're looking for a way to impress the love of your life -- or of the moment -- here are some cool options for multi-course prix fixe Valentine's meals.

- Bistro 1001, 1001 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach. Call 561-803-1901.

The restaurant will be offering a four-course prix fixe dinner highlighting items procured from the onsite garden. For $35 per person, or $50 per person with paired wine guests can enjoy four-courses in the dining room, finishing with champagne and dessert in the garden. Reservations are available from 5:00 to 10:00pm.

If you're looking to include some dancing in your dinner plans, this spot is featuring four-course meals from $29.95 to $44.95, with live music by the Cachet Band. Each meal includes a champagne toast with dessert. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm. Dancing and live music starts at 7:30pm.

- III Forks Prime Steakhouse, 4645 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens. Call 561-630-3660

The steakhouse is offering the Sweetheart Menu for Valentine's Day. For $140 per couple, diners can enjoy III Forks Salad, broiled tenderloin with fig balsamic demi-glace, served with truffled Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus, along with a chocolate lovers' dessert.

Max's will be featuring a $38 per person, three-course dinner with multiple dish options. In addition--and for an additional fee--the restaurant will be rolling out three raw bar options for guests to try.

For $105 per person, this swanky spot will be offering a an assortment of canapes, followed by two savory courses, and dessert-course. For an additional $59 per person, guests can add on a course of foie gras. Wine pairings are another $68 per person. Reservations are required.

The favorite West Palm French spot will be featuring a three-course menu for $59 per person. After dinner, starting at 10:00pm, the restaurant is throwing a French Kiss Party with DJ Germaine Garcia: with aphrodisiac cocktails and a kissing booth.

This Atlantic Avenue spot is serving Valentine's Day guests three-courses, including a chocolate dessert for two for $75 per person. The restaurant will also have live entertainment.
