Though no concrete date is set, the Palm Beach Post is reporting that the first of four stores in Palm Beach County will open at the Village Green Center, on the corner of U.S. 41 and Stribling Way in Wellington, sometime in mid-May.

Trader Joe's website is also listing hours for their Boca Raton store, to be located at 855 S. Federal Highway, a clear indication that an opening date is imminent. The Boca Raton location, by the way, will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Trader Joe's first shop in Southeastern Florida opened in Pinecrest on October 18 to much fanfare and acclaim, with shoppers from the Florida Keys to Palm Beach traveling to get their hands on Trader Joe's private-labeled foods that range from cookie butter to doggie treats.
