The sixth annual New Times' Pairings is coming to the Broward County Convention Center on Thursday, September 26. From 7 to 10 p.m., the best restaurants in South Florida will serve delectable dishes, each paired with a different fine wine.
But what if you're a beer geek instead of a wino? Fret not, because we have plenty of beer-related pairings to make you happy. We're even setting up a beer garden inside the convention center - you know, to get Oktoberfest started early this year
The beer garden, sponsored by the The Historic Downtowner will feature domestic and imported beers like Hatuey, Mahou, and Goose Island. Look out for foosball tables, a DJ and dry ice cocktails to set the mood.
There will also be beer, spirits and food pairings at featured restaurants including
Duvel with 3030 Ocean
Brewery Ommegang with Steak 954
Breckenridge with El Jefe Luchador
Funky Buddha with Rebel House
Founders with S3 Restaurant
Cane Vodka with Tap 42
Terrapin with America's Backyard
More restaurants and beers will be announced, making Pairings a great night out for beer and wine lovers both.
