Somewhere, Gordon Ramsey is gearing up his foul mouth yet again.

On Wednesday, September 10, his scream-filled cooking show Hell's Kitchen is premiering again, and this time only one South Florida chef has made it to the competition.

3030 Ocean's La Tasha McCutchen is competing for a head chef position at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, a total prize value of $250,000, and the glory of winning on the show's 13th season.

And we got a sneak peek of her journey.

Starting with a two-hour season premiere from 8 to 10 p.m., this season's contest pits 18 chefs from across the country in a grueling mano-a-mano fight for cash and a position at one of Ramsay's highly esteemed restaurants.

The premiere kicks off with a battle of the sexes when Ramsay splits the chefs into teams (males on blue, females on red) and makes them present their signature dishes in front of a live audience. Expect to see some drama (obviously) in this one -- one team's performance is so bad, Ramsay kicks them out of the kitchen.

In the second hour, the teams battle it out with geoduck clams in an attempt to re-create Ramsay's geoduck sashimi. The team that wins, by creating 15 perfect dishes, gets a trip on a luxury yacht, while the losing team gets stuck on dinner service. At the end, one chef will get sent home.

Throughout the season, the participants will be subjected to backbreaking tests, including serving a speed brunch for a culinary graduation, wowing an exclusive club with special guest judges, and cooking for "glampers" at a high-end camping retreat.

Expect to see celebrity judges ranging from Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and talk-show host Wendy Williams to local NBA champ Chris Bosh and Olympic gold medalist sprinter Allyson Felix to comedian Penn Jillette.

McCutchen currently serves as kitchen supervisor under former Hell's Kitchen contestant, 3030 Ocean executive chef, and all-around culinary all-star Paula DaSilva.

The show airs Wednesday, September 10, at 8 p.m. on Fox.
