There's nothing more American than drinking booze out of red Solo cups and getting "Drunk On A Plane" to some good 'ol country songs. So for this week's pre-Fourth of July shenanigans, we're gonna pour some "Coke and whiskey," jam to the Sounds of Summer with Dierks Bentley, and get wasted on the grounds of the Coral Sky Amp.

Audio Junkie's Independence Day Bash.

There's one thing the crew behind South Florida's video journal loves more than DIY documentaries and loud music — the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave. That's why Audio Junkie is hooking you up with three days of non-stop tuneage for their annual Independence Day Bash. Sure, you'll have to drive all the way to Miami to join in on the red-white-and-blue musical madness, but when you see all of your favorite bands rockin' the stages over at Palacio de Los Jugos, Churchill's Pub, and Gramps, you'll know the commute was definitely worth it.

With Kenny Millions, Bruiser, the Gun Hoes, Bearings, Shark Valley Sisters, UFO Sex Scene, Jellyfish Brothers, and others. Presented by No Work Records, Purehoney Magazine, and BUFU Records. Thursday, July 2, 8 p.m. Palacio de los Jugos, 256 NW 53rd St., Miami. Friday, July 3, 9 p.m. Churchill's Pub, 5501 NE 2nd Ave., Miami; 305-757-1807; churchillspub.com.
