Sneak Peek: Restaurants You'll Encounter at New Times' Pairings 2015

On Thursday, September 10 from 7 to 10 p.m., New Times' Pairings returns to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts for an evening of delicious food from South Florida's best restaurants, everything paired with a great beer, wine, or cocktail. The event, which also features live entertainment, cooking demos, and other surprises, will feature more than 30 restaurants, including:

• Adena Grill (slow-roasted Adena beef with frisee, truffle aioli on a house-made roll)

• Cafe Maxx (shrimp and vegetable gumbo with okra and cheddar cornbread)
  
• Cafe Med (pistachio -moked Gouda over penne pasta)

General admission tickets for Pairings are on sale now and cost $40 through September 9. At the door, tickets will cost $55.

VIP tickets include early entrance to Pairings at 6 p.m. and a special VIP lounge with exclusive restaurants, live entertainment, and special wines, craft beers, and spirits. VIP tickets cost only $75 through September 9, or $90.50 at the door.
