Cut the Bloat Class at Farmer’s Table
Farmer’s Table (1901 N. Military Trail, Boca Raton) will introduce a class on healthy cooking to “cut the bloat.” Samples include lemon cucumber infusion, turmeric-spiced lentils, rosemary-infused summer squash, and parsley celery salad. Wine and Shine at Tryst

International Tuesday Entertainment Series
Gulfstream Park (901 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach) has introduced its International Tuesday Entertainment Series. With the series comes not only live music but food specials as well. Mijani Lebanese Cuisine offers a free falafel plate with entrée purchase, Strike 10 Bowling & Sports Lounge has two-for-one margaritas, Williams-Sonom has free coffee tasting, and Bomba Tacos & Rum allows guests one free taco. Wing Special at Brass Tap
