Practicing yoga while pregnant is an excellent way to relax and keep your body feeling healthy and flexible. Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the excitement of becoming a new mother.
If you've never practiced yoga before, consider starting with prenatal yoga only.
