This class is all about lengthening the side lines of the torso, stretching and elongating the legs and working on smooth transitions in and out of arm balances and inversions using that length acquired to float seamless and elegantly. It will set a good foundation that'll leave us ready for the backbend, forward bend, inversion and strengthening work coming up the next two days. Come ready to try and have a great time.
