This sister location to Delray Beach's Cabana El Rey continues the emphasis on vibrant Nuevo Latino flavors and a warm and seductive atmosphere. Those details have made this small chain (four restaurants in total) a hit in New York and South Florida. People still go crazy for plates of paella and potent mojitos as with the other Cabana establishments, but for something new, dig in to the Salmon a la Zarzuela: a healthy-sized portion of pan-seared, farm-raised South American salmon, nestled near a pile of black rice, lobster lepanto bisque and a homemade shrimp-mushroom-and-spinach empanada for $23.95.
