Ian's Tropical Grill

Owned and operated by Chef Eric Grutka, Ian's Tropical Grill is a bastion of imaginative and sustainable cuisine on the Treasure Coast. Grutka's unique culinary perspective comes through in witty specialties like "crackwings" and "fish ribs," and locally-caught seafood is treated simply in crudos and ceviches bursting with flavor. Drive up on Thursday for the weekly family-style cajachina pig roast with all the fixings (cornbread, collard greens, coleslaw, green beans, and mac n' cheese). The well balanced craft cocktail menu, conceived by bar manager James Hartmann, is on par with any pretentious "speakeasy" around. Service is friendly and attentive, and the softly-lit nighttime ambiance is soothing and convivial.
