You might know the Ocean Manor Hotel for its long-running, poolside, and generally awesome Tiki Bar out back. Hoping to build off that popularity, the hotel opened Tokyo Blue with the hopes of turning the formerly staid space into something night-club hip. The feel is more South Beach than poolside, with a swank bar along the back serving drinks bubbling with dry ice and stark-white tables along the windows overlooking the beach. The menu includes an extensive sushi list, including rolls like the "mac 'n' cheese," which comes with eel, soft-shell crab, masago, and fresh conch ($14). The entrées include a black cod with a miso glaze ($26) and a traditional pad Thai with jumbo shrimp ($22). There are also grill selections that include a "ranchero" rib eye, which, at $86, will remind you that you're definitely not at the Tiki Bar anymore.
