Although the view from Carmen's (located inside the Boca Raton Bridge Hotel) overlooks the beautiful waters of South Florida, the Sunday champagne brunch is equally breathtaking. The half-dozen stations and bars available let you create your own omelets and shrimp scampis, and a dessert section includes a build-your-own sundae area. Don't gorge on too much peel-and-eat shrimp or pickled herring! Dinner is elegant, featuring California continental dishes overseen by executive chef Dudley Rich, who, according to his bio, "has served up private dinners for U.S. presidents and dignitaries." Sophisticated selctions include eggplant and goat cheese ravioli and grilled sea bass -- all served while a pianist tickles the keys seven nights a week.
