This sexy restaurant sits just inside the lobby of the PGA National Resort where the iBar greets guests outside its doors. Demi-lune red leatherette banquettes and dark woods with gold accents set against natural stacked stone walls make for dramatic dining rooms. A number of grilled Hereford meats, along with veal and pork, make up the steakhouse selection of the menu. Other specialties are colossal garlic shrimp with artichokes and olives over pasta, a barbecued Scottish salmon, and a Moroccan spiced red snapper with braised lentils and baby bok choy. The wine list is limited but heavy on reds, with golf greats vineyards' in a specialty section (Greg Norman, Arnold Palmer, Ernie Els and Luke Donald among them). If you're here during tournaments, you could glimpse some of the big name golfers, if not in the restaurant, then at the iBar.
