Le Tub

1100 N. Ocean Dr.
Hollywood, FL 33019
954-921-9425
Website
By now, everyone’s heard about Le Tub’s burger – the 13-ounce sirloin beast that was dubbed the best in all of America by GQ magazine and trumpeted by Oprah Winfrey. That was in 2006. Soon after, people flocked from all over to get a taste of this mammoth mound of charred meat, slipped between two sides of a soft poppy-seed bun and served with the typical lettuce, tomato, and onion. And many came away unfulfilled. Not because the burger’s no good, because it’s definitely a first-rate sandwich. Rather, everything about Le Tub – from the quaint, decorative planters made from old toilets to the flotsam- and jetsam-built patio to the fact that customers have to fetch their own water from big, varsity football-style coolers – is simple and unpretentious. The burger rocks because it’s crafted from quality meat, charred to a caramelized crunch on the outside, and tuned to a beautiful crimson hue inside. Straightforward, no-fuss cooking. That’s all. The same philosophy governs everything at Le Tub, be it the tangy key lime pie, the daily-made seafood salad, the perfectly spicy chili, the come-as-you-are atmosphere, or leisurely wait times. - John Linn

Best Burger. Hole in the wall. Great atmosphere. Pool table. Music. Alcohol. On the water. If you find this hidden treasure, you will surely return again, and again, and again...

Cool burger place by the water in hollywood. The burger is totally worth the drive! Only thing no reservations so go at a resonable time or bring a book or fishing pole while you wait.
