This joint comes closest to a burger lover's Eden. The self-proclaimed "Home of the Boxcar Burger" cooks up square sandwiches, but the beef -- 100 percent USDA grade -- beats the rest of the burger business. Plus, while the lil' ole 79-cent price is hard to beat, the Caboose manages to do just that: Buy ten or more burgers and they're 79 cents each, and a 20-pack for 74 cents each. Wash them down with birch beer for a dollar, and smack your lips with delight at the price.
