This chain of longtime South Florida burger joints takes a classic approach to grilled beef and mixes it up with a menu of 50 topping combinations. Though some of the choices are hardly worthy of a separate title (why is a burger with onion and mushroom listed as a different name than one with bacon, onion, and mushroom?), the quality of the meat and the care in cooking pays off. Burgers come with fries, salad, or a big baked potato wrapped in foil, and chicken sandwiches, fried appetizers, and milkshakes abound.
