Following up on the recent boom of farm-to-table, locavore and slow food movements, this community-based co-op style operation is a welcomed surprise on the Delray Beach culinary scene. Grab-and-go meals are available at the deli, bakery and produce departments but just as many customers settle down for eat-in options of coconut shrimp, conch salad, eggplant parmesan, hand-rolled pastries, eggs benedict and skirt steak. Vegan, organic and gluten-free items are also plentiful.
