Paris Bakery and Cafe

212 S. Olive Ave. West Palm Beach, FL 33401 | West Palm Beach | 561-820-9281

Location Description:

French couple Andrea and Didier Martin have a big list of breakfast and lunch options, ad Paris Bakery and Cafe, from paninis to wraps, French toast to croissants, but it's the crepes that the Martins really put their heart into. You'll find their lacy, buttery hems rolled around chicken and mushrooms; mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes; smoked salmon; tuna salad and Swiss cheese; prosciutto and portobello mushrooms; or sautéed shrimps - but always with pale, velvety béchamel sauce on the savory crepes or with a smear of Nutella, homemade apple compote, or fruit and ice cream on the sweet ones. Unbelievably, at this West Palm gem, they've got a small list of wine and specialty drinks to go with, like Kir (white wine with crème de cassis), mimosas, or bottles of Duboeuf Beaujolais - breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.
