Pitios Greek Village Grill

2122 N Flamingo Rd
Pembroke Pines, FL 33028
954-431-3027
If Ulysses and his hearty crew ever sailed the dark canals of Broward County, they’d have to be forcibly restrained from jumping ship when they passed Pitios. Owners Michael and Katerina Giannomoros could tempt the angels with the siren song of their Greek sausages, gyros, imported feta cheeses, and phyllo-wrapped spinach pies. The freshly baked pita bread, soft on the inside, slightly crunchy out, would be enough to drive a boatload of sailors mad. But you can use that pita to sop up the remnants of Greek casseroles like moussaka and pastitsio or the last drops of chicken, lemon, and rice soup without fear – and you won’t have to worry either about your pocketbook: This place is authentic and cheap.
