The room, with its' plush old banquettes, is comfy and cool in coffee shop fashion. Service is cheerful, the menu exactly as you expect: Hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, club sandwiches, BLT's, chef salads--need we continue? This is formulaic diner food, meaning decent, filling, relatively cheap, and thoroughly satisfying when the mood strikes. We particularly like Rainbo for breakfast--big selection, plenty of combo specials, and a good strong cup o'joe.

    I think this is the hidden gem in Hollywood and with them serving dinner on the weekends now; I hesitate to tell too many people since it is really a special place for me. I am a regular and always treated very well and my food and service is always top notch. The new owners have spruced up the place and almost every week you can see the place transforming into one of the coolest spots in Broward county for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (on the weekend) featuring live entertainment which is actually wonderful! If you haven't been here, you must give it a try! If you were here over 3 months ago, please COME BACK and you will be PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!
