When you have 30-plus rolls from which to choose, as you have at this immaculate little sushi joint, it's hard not to find one that suits your tastes. But if you can't, move on to the exquisitely fresh sushi and sashimi, the lightly fried tempura, or the sloppy udon noodles endowed with chicken, shrimp, or vegetables. Grilled eel is a special treat, as is a red-bean ice cream sundae for dessert. All you can eat for $12.99 for lunch. $14.99 for dinner.
