So far, Bruce Springsteen has not confirmed involvement in the 2011 running of All Tomorrow's Parties' I'll Be Your Mirror fest. Still, the premier alt-music gathering is moving from Kutschers Country Club in the Catskills to Asbury Park, New Jersey, September 30 to October 2.

Portishead, who has regularly partnered with ATP for other events, has signed on to curate the second and third days' lineup. Thus far, the biggest draw of the entire early offering is Neutral Milk Hotel's reclusive frontman, Jeff Mangum. More than a decade has passed since the last time he played in front of more than a handful of people, and there are likely many who are weeping as they cobble together $249 for this historic weekend.

Other cult magnetism comes in the form of ATP-recruited Chavez, Shellac, Cults and the Album Leaf, who will all partake in September 30's performances.

Read the entire press release here to find out the myriad ways to get up close to Mangum -- he is also planning a solo headlining show at Asbury Park's Paramount Theatre on October 3.
