You love to hate 'em or you hate to love 'em -- the glam-metal peacocks of Mötley Crüe were the '80s most infamous musical hedonists. If you're like us, you've been dying for the fornicating foursome to tease their tresses, stuff their jeans, and hit the road one more time. Twenty years later, Trashanova sex-symbol Vince Neil and the rest of the band are back, and the world wants to find out exactly what happens when you live fast but somehow don't die young. Honey, that's what plastic surgery's for!
New Times: So how was it going under the knife?
Vince Neil: It's not so bad. The guy who did it has been a friend of mine for 15 years, so that was cool. You know, you go to sleep, and when you wake up, they keep you full of morphine.

VN: So you don't feel anything.
NT: As you head out on your final tour, which of you guys will get into a fight first?
VN [defensive]: Well, there's not going to be any fights. And if there is, we know how to settle any differences. Everybody's having a great time. That's all any of this ever was.
NT: Do you all still get along?
VN: We've been together for 24 years, and with me and Tommy, I was 16, 17 years old sleeping at his parents' house on the floor next to his bed. That's how far we go back. [hurt] It's kind of lame to ask who's going to get in a fight first.
NT: Sorry, but you guys have had trouble before.
VN: It was one show, and it was ten years ago.
NT: Who had the idea to get everybody back together -- was it Nikki?
VN: No, it was the fans.
NT: Is this the final tour?
VN: Nobody ever said that. We don't know what we're going to do. If we decide to put out another record, that'd be great, but if it is the final tour, then that's the way it is. I keep reading that this is a farewell tour but we never said that. It's too soon to think about another record. This tour is probably going to last a couple years, so it's way too soon to think about another record.
NT: Oh my god. What can people expect this time around?
VN: Everything. It's really bigger than anything we've ever done. Tommy's drums will be the craziest thing he's ever done.
NT: About that f-bomb you let fly on Jay Leno -- were you surprised at the FCC's reaction?
VN: No, I didn't even know that I said it, and even there nobody even said anything. Two days later, I heard about it. And I was kind of shocked.
NT: Any four-letter words you need to get out today?
VN: Nah, I'll save 'em all for TV.
