Subjects of one of the most factually accurate interviews ever conducted by County Grind, Lake Worth shed-rockers Love Handles recently unveiled 12 new two-minute jams. The majority of these were assembled with the assistance of Roberto Pagano, who captured them while studying at SAE and has also worked with Miami rapper Tony Green and sludge punks Dead Meat, among others. Cop 11 tracks at this download link, and head to esteemed local blog Amateur Depression to uncover the track listing. Howevs, keyboardist/drummer Jordan Pettingill would like to remind listeners that the titles are subject to change.
Additionally, a "bonus track" that involves the handiwork of the Jameses' Dan McHugh and Guy Harvey's Adam Perry titled "Meet Me in the Middle" is up for grabs here.
For now, brass-accompanied "Byrd Brain" (track 1), the evolving rhythms of "Soul Pow Wow" (track 8), and the kiss off "Take It" (track 11) are the frontrunners in these parts. Here's a clip of recording "Byrd Brain" from the studio:
