Starting at 11 p.m. you can down four dollar agua ardiente shots, and once hopped up on the sugary, anise-flavored happy juice, get down to some cumbia, vallenato, Tropipop and pop rock -- all the beloved sounds from the motherland of get down powder and needless but aesthetically pleasing plastic surgery. Not that those are bad things. Though they are stereotypes, and while hilarious, it's important we remember that stereotypes are wrong.
