The journey of Journey from arena-rock headliners to karaoke mainstays took 12 lineup changes, two indefinite hiatuses, one "chronic throat infection," and the replacement of American Idol judge Randy Jackson as a backing bassist. Now, with Filipino singer Arnel Pineda imitating Steve Perry's soaring crescendos, a trip to see original members Neil Shcon and Russ Valory might not seem worth it, but don't stop believing.
