I kid you not. The multi-million-record-selling, Grammy-toting Nuyorican salsa singer announced in a press conference yesterday that he has bought a stake in Miami's beloved Fins. The deal places Anthony alongside fellow Latin music royalty, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, who gave new meaning to the title 'minority owners' when they bought a piece of the franchise last month.

There's been no confirmation from within the Dolphins yet, but rumors have begun circulating that Jose Feliciano is being courted for the VP of Pro Scouting position, while Johnny Ventura vies for Jeff Ireland's job, in hopes of becoming the first Dominican GM in the NFL. Another rumored shakeup within the franchise includes the replacement of last year's head cheerleader. One source suggests it could be Carmen Miranda, but there's more buzz still surrounding a mystery candidate from somewhere north of Havana. All we know right now is that her name is Lola. And she was a showgirl.
