Ultra Fest is like candy for the senses, one of which is, of course, sight.
While the sternum vibrates with each bass hit and the ears are tickled by tweaks, blips, and beeps from the towers of speakers, the eyes are dazzled not only by the trance inducing visuals on the backdrop video screens, the flashing lights, and the hypnotic rhythm of the fist pumps from the DJs onstage but also by the zany outfits donned by the jubilant festgoers frolicking the grounds.
Indeed, without these folks going all out with their garb, the Ultra experience would not be nearly as hallucinatory. With characters like the ones in these photos, it's easy to forget that there is a world outside the Ultra gates with cars, restaurants, and gravity.
