A courtroom hearing erupted into chaos after the teen brother of a stabbing victim physically attacked the murder suspect during bond court.

Seventeen-year-old Kayla Storey's brother Robbie attacked her alleged murderer, and deputies had to take down the young man as he lunged at suspect Bryan Augstin.

It took three officers to hold Robbie down, before they escorted him out of the room. The incident was caught on video.

Riviera Beach police say that the victim, who was also the mother of a one-year-old daughter, was stabbed by Augstin following an argument on the whereabouts of a gun in the home. Witnesses say that Storey had been upset over weapons in the home, and how they were a danger to her newborn.

According to police, Augistin, who is the brother of the baby's father, slit Storey's throat and then stabber her with a small blade. Storey's boyfriend -- Augistin's brother -- had been living with Storey and her family.

After receiving a tip, Augustin was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder. He is being held in the Palm Beach County jail without bond.

On Thursday morning, Augistin was ordered to stand before Judge Joseph Marx to have the charges read to him.

But the hearing was interrupted when an enraged Robbie charged Augistin and tried to tackle him.

Robbie, emotional and angry, was taken down before he could get to Augistin.

"Everyone just needs to calm down," Marx said as he tried to quell the situation. "I understand this is a emotional situation for everybody."

According to CBS12, Robbie will not be facing any charges over his outburst.

Storey's friends and family announced that there will be a vigil held in her honor at the family's home on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
