Lake Worth Commissioner Cara Jennings apparently has some strong feelings about Israeli aggression in Palestine, because on Sunday, she headed down to the Israeli Consulate in downtown Miami, painted her face, climbed up on some stilts, and stood by the entrance, chanting and waving a sign until police hauled her off, screaming.

As a colleague remarked, it was reminiscent of Howard Dean. Not the shrewd DNC Chairman Dean, mind you, but the one who went berzerk in Iowa, then tumbled from the polls. Anyway, at least she wasn't arrested for corruption, like all those other officials in Palm Beach County.
