A young Osceola County girl was alone at a mailbox located at 4750 Cirento Drive in the Siesta Lago community.

She was allegedly approached by a man who asked her for the time.

The unidentified juvenile reached for her phone to see the time, and when she looked up, the man had his penis out and was touching it.

The victim immediately left the area and went home.

The man, identified as 29-year-old Mathew Bennett, is a registered felon.

Unfortunately for the young girl, Bennett wasn't done harassing her.

The day after initially exposing himself to her, Bennett spotted the victim walking home and approached her again.

Bennett once again asked her for the time. This time, the victim ran home.

Later that night, the victim and her mother spotted Bennett at a residence on Siesta Lane. Cops were notified, and the girl was able to assist them with creating a composite sketch of Bennett.

After further investigation, detectives identified Bennett as the suspect and obtained a felony warrant for his arrest.

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies arrested Bennett and charged him with exposure of sex organs and stalking.

He was booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he'll likely not be so brazen about whipping out his junk for others to see.
