This weekend was eventful for animal rights activists in South Florida, especially for the people most staunchly opposed to businesses selling commercially bred puppies.
Thursday in West Palm Beach, protesters held signs and chanted outside Palm Beach Puppies. Two activists were given citations that could cost more than $1,000 each. On Saturday in Hollywood, it was round two of protests and counterprotests in front of Puppy Palace.
After the jump, video from West Palm Beach and more photos from Hollywood.
These are more photos from the events in Hollywood.
