Ronald Brown, a former Tampa puppeteer who fantasized about murdering, cooking, and eating children, has been sentenced to 20 years in a federal prison on child porn charges.

Brown, a former children's entertainer as well as an active member of his church's youth ministry, was arrested last year on charges that he was planning on kidnapping a boy to rape, murder, and eat.

The Department of Homeland Security uncovered Brown's "fantasies" via online chats he was a part of.

According to the online chats, authorities say Brown fantasized about killing, cooking, and eating a little boy.

Police were able to nab Brown when they arrested a Kansas man named Michael Arnett in May 2012.

Arnett had child pornography on his computer, according to authorities. He had also gone into online chats where he took part in graphic discussions regarding kidnapping, sexually abusing, murdering, and eating children. He also allegedly had two pictures on his computer of "decapitated children that have been bound and cooked."

Arnett apparently met and chatted with Brown, who went under the name "uelime."

The two discussed in disgusting and extremely disturbing detail how Brown would go about telling a boy that he had his eye on to possibly kidnap that he was about to be killed and eaten.

"I can assure him that he won't feel a thing because he will be dead by then," Brown allegedly wrote in the chat. "I could ask him how he wants each cut of his body to be done and then label it for him with a black marker... yeh, maybe a dotted line around the base of his cock with an arrow and label 'cut here.'"

Another chat read this way:

"Summer is heating up, should be good pickins."

"It's so hot, the kids are almost naked out there."

"My mouth watered looking at her for sure."

There were other, more disturbing chats, most of them fantasies about how to go about killing children, then preparing them to be roasted and eaten.

When confronted by police, Brown told them it was all just fantasy. But, police feared, he may have had a boy from his church picked out to act out his sick fantasies.

Police found child pornography on Brown's computer when they raided his home, with some of the images of young boys in bondage.

Authorities eventually dropped charges of conspiring to kidnap children, but Brown did plead guilty to having child pornography.

In addition to his 20-year prison sentence, Brown will have a lifetime of probation and will have to register as a sex offender. He is also prohibited from having contact with minors and banned from having access to a computer with online service.
