Thanksgiving week marks the busiest travel week of the year. And with a nasty winter storm barreling down the Northeast, things are going to get messy.
Ice, sleet and rain is going to make for some treacherous driving conditions.
However, Tampa Bay Rays pitcher David Price knows exactly how to avoid any storm-related road accidents: DO NOT LET ANY WOMEN PERSONS DRIVE. MEN ONLY, LADIES.
Price took to Twitter today and dispensed his advice to all the women-folk out there:
Everyone thats traveling for thanksgiving please be careful! Driving conditions will be rough with these storms! Ladies..let ur man drive!

Because, boobs. AMERITE?
Needless to say, there was backlash.
@DAVIDprice14 You want to explain to my daughter why you think it's safer for men to drive?

@DAVIDprice14 What if I don't have a man?

We're not sure if Price was joking, or if this was an attempt to sound like a gentleman that went horribly, horribly wrong. But there you have it.
We look forward to Price's advice to the ladies when they stay home while their men go vote during elections.
