The Miami Herald's Nicole White introduces lazydork, a YouTube "star" who quit his job as a state prosecutor in Miami-Dade last week after his secret life was discovered. His real name is Richard Stern and his face is splashed all over today's front page. It's sort of embarrassing for the Herald. The story -- and Stern's face -- is hideously overblown and belongs on the front of the entertainment section. But it's an interesting article, no doubt, and put together well by White. The Herald points you to some of his vids, which are stupid and slightly humorous, with some effects tossed in. There's definitely value in YouTube -- it's TV by the masses, for the masses. But my advice is to avoid it if you already have a life.
