According to a police report, between 7:30 and 7:35 p.m. on September 23, $870 worth of "Lacie panties" were stolen from the Victoria's Secret at City Place in West Palm Beach.
"The items" -- weirdly categorized as "clothing/furs" -- "were last seen at 1930 hours," the report states.
They were swiped off a table. the items are currently selling 3 for $33.
At the time of the report, the thief was still at large. A technician was going to review video footage of the crime scene.
The police department did not immediately return a call about whether there had since been developments in the case.
The employee who reported the crime could not be reached for comment, and the person answering the phone at the store sounded flustered, and denied that there was a manager on duty.
