Once he stole bass lines from Queen and David Bowie. Now he's nabbing pool heaters.

Palm Beach County's Robert Van Winkle -- or Vanilla Ice to all you '90s nostalgia junkies -- apparently hasn't hung up the thug life. The 47-year-old was arrested by Lantana Police for a residential burglary, according to a release from the department.

This all went down sometime between December 2014 and February 2015, according to the release. Items, including furniture, a pool heater, and bicycles, were stolen from a house in the 100 block of North Atlantic Drive.

The property was going through a foreclosure. Van Winkle owned and was renovating a property next door. According to police, he helped himself to the items.

Lantana investigators executed a search warrant and found the stolen loot in a property "under the care and control" of Van Winkle. He also met with police over the matter." Based on the evidence collected, witness statements, and corroborating statements, Van Winkle was taken into custody and charged with residential burglary and grand theft.
