VIDEO: This Footage From Post-Earthquake Haiti May Keep Two UF Film Students From Graduating
This is a short clip from a documentary by two University of Florida film students. The students, Roman Safiullin from Fort Lauderdale and Jon Bougher from New Hampshire, were in Haiti in January when the big earthquake hit. Despite a university travel ban, the students went back to Haiti several days later to finish their film. Now, if they include that footage (like the clip above) in their thesis, the school could refuse them graduation .
