Being a small-business owner is never easy. That goes double for restaurant owners and triple for food truck operators. Not only might your restaurant fail but it could literally run off the road. Robb Muise of Friar Tuck’s knows all about the trials and tribulations of food truck ownership. He’s lost two trucks to highway hazards in as many years; most recently, his pub-looking trailer fell off the back of a AAA tow truck, tumbling to its demise.
